Ruben "RUBINO" Villarroel's NOREG have secured a spot at the WESG EU & CIS Finals after beating VITALIS 2-0.
Prior to reaching the grand final of the Baltics & Scandinavia qualifier, NOREG, featuring some of Norway's most experienced players, raised eyebrows by defeating HAVU on two maps despite Otto "ottoNd" Sihvo and Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen finishing the series with the highest number of kills.
In the final, the Norwegian side took on VITALIS, who had moved past CHAOS 2-1 in the previous round. NOREG got off to a great start to the series as they picked up Inferno 16-8 following a strong CT display in the second half, in which they conceded just two rounds.

NOREG carried their momentum into their own map pick, Mirage, and strolled to a 10-5 lead on the CT side. VITALIS still found a lifeline by taking the first two rounds of the second half, but the Norwegians took control of the game after buying up, locking down the map at 16-8.
